1. Steph Curry’s Atherton Mansion, California
In June 2019, Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha quietly purchased a three-story mansion on a cul de sac, in Atherton, California, for $31 million. Understandably, this was the most expensive real estate purchase that year in Atherton and the entire Bay area.

The three-story mansion sits on a 1.2-acre lot in a heavily gated and affluent community and was never formally listed on the open market— but Steph clearly made it happen. They bought this newly-constructed mansion from Atherton’s real-estate developer, Joe Comartin.
Atherton might not be one of the most popular cities, but it tops as one of the wealthiest in the US. This mansion costs the NBA star approximately $292,860 in annual property taxes.
Curry’s neighborhood in the Bay area also houses many multimillionaires and some of the most affluent.
His neighbors include his boss, the owner of Warriors club, Joe Lacob, and WhatsApp’s billionaire, Jan Koum, whose $70m+ mega-estate is just two doors away. Additionally, Dave Dollinger, the real estate developer, lives next door, while Liu Qiangdong, the Chinese billionaire, lives behind Curry’s mansion.

By design, this extremely private mansion in the San Francisco Bay Area community has a lot of greenery surrounding it, which makes it impossible to view from the road. Green Studio, a team of eco-friendly sustainability experts, was part of the team that helped create this lush green space, which also features a lot of native flora.
Furthermore, the home sits on a 1.2-acre lot, which is protected by heavy security at the gate. With this level of privacy, we can see why the property is ideal for the Curry family to raise their kids.

Steph Curry and his entrepreneur wife Ayesha added a vacation house to their property portfolio. They paid $2.1 million for this new pad in Winter Park, Florida, which was originally listed for $400,000 less.
The new 4,200 square-foot house was built in 2015 and sits on a 0.3-acre land. The property is also 15 minutes away from Amway Center, Orlando’s home. But even then, Warriors fans have no cause for alarm. At least the star is tied down to the Golden State Warriors team until 2026, especially after signing his record extension contract.
The 4,242 square foot house accommodates four bedrooms and five bathrooms and still maintains a transitional style similar to Atherton’s mansion.
